Registration Open for Alumni Golf Tournament Supporting Student Scholarships

PBA News

The Alumni Association’s 33rd Annual Golf Tournament, which supports student scholarships, will be play-at-your-own-convenience.

Players who register for the tournament originally scheduled for Oct. 31 will receive a pass to play PGA National Resort & Spa’s exclusive Champion Course any time during September or October. This alternative to a live tournament protects everyone’s health and safety while providing critical support for deserving scholarship recipients.

To register to play or become a sponsor, visit go.pba.edu/alumni-golf or call 561-803-2022. The registration deadline is Oct. 23. Each team captain will receive a certificate for a foursome to play on the Champion Course at PGA National. The course is closed to non-members, so this is an exclusive opportunity.

The winners will be shared on the University’s social media channels, email newsletters and other tournament correspondence during the month of November.

The Alumni Association has awarded $780,000 to roughly 130 students over the last five years. Scholarships are renewable annually, for up to eight semesters, for relatives of alumni. PBA is thankful to the players and sponsors who make these awards possible.
