Margie Helmholdt, a lifelong resident of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, has been appointed to the .
Helmholdt is president of a clothing company in Fort Lauderdale and has celebrated 30 years in business. She also worked in the airline industry for鈥�14 years.
She attended what is now called Simmons College in Boston, Massachusetts. She is president of the Lou鈥疌hurch Educational Foundation, past president of the Women鈥檚 Center for Breast Health and a volunteer for Holy Cross Women鈥檚 Center for breast cancer.
For many years she has led a Bible study in Fort Lauderdale. She also enjoys tennis, and won many tournaments in the past.
Helmholdt鈥檚 daughter, Maggie, is a 2016 graduate of Palm 黑料吃瓜网 Atlantic. Her son, Ryan, will graduate from PBA in 2021. Her husband, the late Dr. Robert Helmholdt, served on the LeMieux Center for Public Policy Advisory Board and numerous other boards and associations.
