  • The Christian Scholars “Saturdays at Seven Conversation Series” featured ϳԹ (PBA) and President Debra A. Schwinn this month, discussing Dr. Schwinn’s personal academic and faith journey as well as a broader conversation about Christian higher education. The show host, Todd Ream, asked insightful questions about how PBA prepares all students to be “salt and light” in the world, regardless of their profession. Click to listen to the full podcast.
  • Dr. James Todd, associate professor of politics and chair of PBA’s Department of Politics, contributed a thought-provoking article titled “Congressional Redistricting and Gerrymandering in 2025.
  • Dr. Beth Janser, adjunct professor of organizational leadership for the Ethics and Organizational Behavior program in the School of Education and Behavioral Studies, was recently published in the Florida Philanthropic Network Sector News Publication for her article titled “Bridging the Gap During Turbulent Times: How Florida Nonprofits Can Benefit from Academic Partnerships.”
  • Dean of the Gregory School of Pharmacy Dr. Dana Strachan gave a presentation entitled “Leading with Care: Prioritizing Professional Well-Being in Pharmacy Leadership” at the Florida Pharmacy Association Southeastern Gathering Meeting in Destin, Florida.
  • Dr. Cora Barnhart, associate professor and chair of economics at PBA’s Rinker College of Business, was for her article titled “Brand and Celebrity Worship: Confronting Biases Underlying Business Idols.”
